  2. Search by the support you need, your suburb and the days and times that suit you.
  3. Read profiles. See each provider’s photo, bio, experience, the areas they cover and exactly what Solotude has checked.

Your plan, your choice

Who you can use depends on how your plan is managed.
How your plan is managed Who you can use
Self-managed Registered or unregistered providers. You pay them directly and claim from your plan.
Plan-managed Registered or unregistered providers. Your plan manager pays their invoices.
NDIA-managed Registered providers only. Filter your search by NDIS registration.
Not sure how your plan is managed? It’s written in your plan, or your support coordinator or LAC can tell you.

Every provider is checked

Every provider has their photo ID, ABN and NDIS Commission compliance records checked before they can connect with anyone on Solotude. Nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and psychologists must also hold current Ahpra registration, and behaviour support practitioners must be registered NDIS providers. NDIS Worker Screening Checks and Working with Children Checks are verified when a provider adds them, and you can filter your search to only see providers who hold them. Qualifications, experience and insurance are self-reported and labelled that way. Full details are in our Verification Policy.

You stay in control of your information

You can search and message providers without handing over your phone number, email or address. Conversations happen inside Solotude, and you share your details only when you’re ready. If a conversation isn’t right, you can simply stop. Read more on safety and security.
