So I created Solotude as a space where the whole community could connect more easily.

For participants, it’s a simple and free way to find real people, not companies with no faces. You can choose who you want to work with, see their profiles, and reach out directly. No middlemen, no confusion.

For providers, Solotude is an affordable way to grow your business and be seen. With verifications and a person-focused approach, it helps build trust and connection.

How it works.

Solotude is your direct connection to independent providers. Our platform is designed to simplify the process of finding the right support for your needs, offering an easy-to-user interface for both participants and independents/small businesses.

Here’s how it all works:

1. Search for Support

Use our search feature to find support workers, allied health workers, gardeners and support coordinators. Filter by location, service type, availability, and more to discover the ideal match.

2. Explore Profiles

Browse detailed profiles of providers, showcasing their qualifications, experience, areas of expertise, and the credentials Solotude has verified. Each profile provides a comprehensive overview of what the worker can offer.

3. Post a Job

You can reach out to providers directly or Post a job directly on the platform. Your needs will be sent to relevant providers in your local area, who will then contact you directly through the platform to offer their services.

4. Connect and Arrange Services

Once you find a provider who fits your needs, reach out to them directly through the platform. Discuss your requirements, availability, and any specific details to ensure a good match. After connecting, arrange services directly with the NDIS worker.

Sign up as a provider on the Solotude platform and create a comprehensive profile highlighting your qualifications, experience, services offered, and availability.

The more detailed your profile, the easier it will be for participants to find and choose you.

2. Showcase Your Services

List the specific services you offer, including any specialised skills or areas of expertise. Whether you provide direct support services, allied health services or Support Coordination, Solotude gives you the platform to showcase your unique offerings.

3. Connect with Participants

Participants can contact you directly through the platform when they are interested in your services. You can discuss their needs, confirm availability, and agree on service terms without any middlemen.

4. Engage

Search through posted jobs to ascertain whether you have the right skills to support a participants needs. You can get access to automatic notifications about relevant job posting within your local area and skillset by upgrading to a Professional or Pro-Plus membership.

5. Grow Your Reputation

A complete, verified profile is what builds your reputation on Solotude. The more of your qualifications, experience and availability you show, the easier it is for people to choose you.
